Milk protein

Casein protein and whey protein, which are contained in milk, are separated out and powderized either individually or together into products having superior nutritional and functional property. In addition to these proteins, we also handle products consisting of separated and powderized functional proteins that are found in milk in trace amounts. Cheese

Casein proteins contained in cow and other types of milk are coagulated with rennet or other substances into curds for various products. Dairy ingredients
